Came across this the other day while looking for Biggie samples on soundcloud...and i think it's worth speading amoungst the slow cookin' comunity...

Two of hip hops greatest fused together for a little 20 minutes mix...well worth banging on the car stereo for those little short journeys!

p.s Fuck knows who Big Elmo is but this is great.

Maurice Fulton - Futureboogie Mixtape

Maurice Fulton is one of house music’s true originals, an eccentric ex-pat American DJ now living in Sheffield & has possibly the largest forehead in electronic music, however i believe this is because of all the thought and musically knowledge he puts into his sets is stored up there.

This mix has been kicking about for a fair while now (07ish) and  is unreal..perfect pace and put together so well.laid back yet full of energy.

We all love Iron Curtis his production/mixing tekkaz are unreal always keeping things moving up, down, left, right. Disco, house, techno & whatever. With a string of releaseson some serious label's including Huddersfield’s own HuddTraxx he is gathering legendary status by the day!

This is journey through the sound of Iron clocking in and three hours six minutes later clocking out.

Doc Martin-Stussy Mix

WOWZA, two of my favorite things put together.....For the "young un's" who think Villalobos/sven run the world..ah ah!!..Doc Martin has been doin' the doin' since i can remember. The Doc Martin Fabric mix was one of the first mixes i bought way back when, and it still gets a good listen to from time to time.(if you haven't heard this you need too). Doc Martin is a firm fave amoungst the Slow Cookin' gang, a few of them recently even traveled to to see him at Fabric and by all accounts he didin't disapoint..

Bar Up was the birth place of the night and for all those of you that remember you will now just how good those parties down at Bar Up were.
